BEING AN ORDINANCE FOR THE SALE OF PART OF AUDITOR'S SUB-
DIVISION NO. 51 TO MIDLAND COOPERATIVES, INC.
The City Council of the City of Columbia Heights does ordain:
Section 1:
The City of Columbia Heights shall sell and convey unto Midland
Cooperatives, Inc., a part of that real estate described in Certi-
ficate of Title No. 43415, on file in the office of the Registrar
of Titles in and for Anoka County, Minnesota, said portion des-
cribed as:
That part of Lot 1, and of the west 1078 feet of Lot 2, Auditor's
Subdivision No. 51, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying westerly of
the west line of Registered Land Survey No. 1 and its southern
extension, and easterly of the following described line:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Registered Land Sur-
vey No. 1; thence westerly along the'north line of said Lot 1,
Auditor's Subdivision No. 51 on an assumed bearing of North
89 degrees 43 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 734.00
feet for the actual point of beginning of the line to be des-
cribed; thence South 08 degrees 43 minutes 00 seconds East,
415.00 feet; thence South 29 de~rees 54 minutes 05 seconds
Eas~ 65.27 feet; thence South 51 de~rees 05 minutes 10 seconds
East~ 178.08 feet, more or less, to the south line of Lot 2,
Auditor's Subdivision No. 51 and there terminating. Subject to
easements of record.
Section 2: The purchase price shall be $376,200.00 and other good and valuable
consideration.
Section 3: The Mayor and City Manager are herewith authorized to execute deeds
conveying said property.
Section 4: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
thirty (30) days after its passage.
