BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 853,
CITY CODE OF 1977, PERTAINING TO LICENSING OF
ELECTRICIANS
The City Council of the City of Columbia Heights Does Ordain:
Section 1: Section 6.203(2) of the City Code of 1977, adopted June 21, 1977,
which reads as follows:
"6.203(2)
Sections 200.010 - 200.070, inclusive, of the Minneapolis
City Code are hereby adopted by reference. Three copies
of such publication shall be on file and available for
inspection at the City Building Official's office."
is herewith repealed.
Section 2: Section 6.203(3) of the City Code of 1977, adopted June 21, 1977, is
herewith renumbered as Section 6.203(2).
Section ~3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
thirty (30) days after its passage.
