BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS IN
LOTS 35 AND 36, CHEERY HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA
The City Council of the City of Col,,mhia Heights Does Ordain:
Section 1: The City of Columbia Heights does hereby vacate drainage and utility
easements over the following described property, to-wit:
A strip of land five feet (5') wide lying westerly and parallel
to the east line of Lot 36, said east line being the dividing
line between Lots 36 amd 35 of Cheery Heights, Block One, Cheery
Heights, according to the recorded plat on file and of record in
the Office of the County Recorder, Anoka County, Minnesota
and
A strip of land five feet (5') wide lying easterly and parallel
to the west line of Lot 35, said west line being the dividing
line between Lots 35 and 36 of Cheery Heights, Block One, Cheery
Heights, according to the recorded plat on file and of record in
the Office of the County Recorder, Anoka County, Minnesota.
Section 2: The Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute any documents neces-
sary to accomplish said vacating.
Section 3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after thirty
(30) days after its passage.
