BEING AN ORDINANCE A~.~K~D!I[G COLUMBIA HEIGHTS ZONING CODE
OFJ)IL~A~.CE NO. 818
The City of Columbia Heights Does Ordain:
Section l. That the property located at 689 - 46th Avenue Northeast,
legally described as foilows, to-w~t:
Lot 56, Sheffield Acres, ~ncluding the West 1/2 of
vacated Monroe Street adjoining said lot, according
to the map or plat thereof of record and on file in
the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Anoka
County, Minnesota
which is presently zoned "R--i" One Family Residential District
shall be and herein is zoned "R-2" Two Family Residential Dis-
trict.
Section 2. That the districting map of Ordinance No. 818 shall be and
herein is amended in accordance with Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
thirty (30) days after its passage,
