BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 853, CITY
CODE OF 1977, REGULATING PARKING IN PRIVATE LOTS
The City Council of the City of Columbia Heights Does Ordain:
Section 1.
Section 7.205 (13) of Ordinance No. 853, City Code of
1977, shall be amended to read as follows, to-wit:
"7.205 (13)
No person shall park any vehicle or allow
any vehicle to remain standing in a private
or public parking lot in a manner that
shall not conform to any stalls, positions
or markings for parking designated on the
surface of the parking area or in any area of
such parking lot which has been designated
for a lane for moving traffic.
Section 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after thirty (30) days after its passage.
