BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 853,
CITY CODE OF 1977, PERTAINING TO USE OF STREETS BY VEHICLES
WEIGHING IN EXCESS OF 15,000 POUNDS
The City Council of the City of Columbia Heights does ordain:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 853, City Code of 1977, passed June 21, 1977
is herewith amended by the addition of the following provision,
to wit;
7.20~(8) No person shall drive, operate, or park a motor
vehicle weighing in excess of 15,000 pounds gross weight upon
any City street within the City of Columbia Heights except
as authorized by Section 7.201(2) and 7.201(3) of this Code.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after thirty(30) days after its passage.
