BEING AN ORDINANCE CONVEYING A PORTION OF LOT 8,
BLOCK 2, REARRANGEMENT OF BLOCK C, COLUMBIA HEIGHTS
ANNEX TO MINNEAPOLIS
The City Council of the City of Columbia Heights does ordain:
Section 1: That the City of Columbia Heights convey by Quit Claim Deed to
John E. Moneta and Judy Moneta, as joint tenants and not as
tenants in common, the following described parcels of land, to-
wit:
The East 45 feet of That part of the Easterly
165.08 feet of Lot Eight (8), Block Two (2),
"Rearrangement of Block C of Columbia Heights Annex
to Minneapolis" lying South of the Northerly 138.82
feet except the Southerly 30 feet thereof for street
purposes, according to the plat thereof on file and
of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of
Anoka County, Minnesota.
Subject to reservations to the State of Minnesota in
trust for taxing districts concerned of all mineral
and mineral rights therein as provided by law.
and
The East 45 feet of that part of the Easterly 165.08
feet of the Northerly 138.82 feet of Lot Eight (8),
Block Two (2), Rearrangement of Block C, Columbia
Heights Annex to Minneapolis, lying south of the nor-
therly 40 feet thereof.
Section 2: That the conveyance shall be made by Quit Claim deed.
Section 3:

That payment has been received by the City of Columbia Heights.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after thirty (30) days after its passage.
