Minutes of the last meeting were read and ~oproved. Mr. A.S. Porter, 4030 - 3rd St. N.E. was in and discussed with the Council the break in water pipe of private main. ~otion by Lange seconded by Trench, that M~. Porter pay $400.00 towards the expense of repairing this main and to pay the plumber for connecting their water and repairing stop box in spring. Roll Call - All Ayes. ~r. Porter agreed to do this. ~he City Council agreed to open up the North-South Alley between Monroe and Quinc~$t., if the First Lutheran Church would assume the cost of lowering the garage of John Seman so that this could be accomplished.
