THE CITY COUNCIL OF C~LUM~BIA HEIGHTS P~BY RESOL(rED: Section I. That this Co~nacil does hereby ado~t the aforesaid assessment rolls kfiown and described as "Assessment Rolls for Local Improvements No. 169, 20~, 206, 207, 20~,207, 212, 213, 221, 215,216, 215, 2I~, 219 and 220. Section II. That this Council hereby finds aid determines that each of the lots and Darcels of land enumerated in said assessment rolls was and is especially ben- efitted by such improvements in an amount not less tha~ the amomnt set opposite the description of each such lot or parcel of land respectively i~ said assessment rolls in the column headed "Amount of Proposed Assessment". And this Council further finds and determines that the proper proportion of the cost of such improvement 2o be ea- pecially assessed against such lot or parcel of land is the a~omut set apposite t~he description of each such lot or parcel of land respectively in said asses~ent rolls in said column headed "Amount of Proposed Assessments". Section III. That said assessment rolls be and the same are hereby adopted as the assessment rolls the following local imp~vements hereinbefore described, and that said assessment rolls shall be hereafter known and designated as "Assessment Rolls for Local Improvements No. 169, 2Oh, 205, 206, 207, 20~, 209, 212, 213, 221, 215, ~16, 217, 218, 219, and 220. Section IV. That said assessments shall be payable in annutl installmen%s for a period of 3 to l0 years on or before the first day of June in each of the years from 1951 to 1960, with interest and penalties as provided by law. Section V. That this Council does hereby determine and re-determine to pro-.~ ceed wdth said improvements, does ratify and confirm all other proceedings hereto- fore had in that regard, and said improvements shall hereafter be kno~ and numbered as "Local Improvements No. 165, 20~, 20~ ,.-206, 207,208, 209, 212, 213, 221, 215, ~16~ 217, 21~, 219 and 220. Section VI. This resolution shall t~e effect immediately upon its passage.- Roll Call -All Ayes. ~fr.
