Roll Call - Lange, Trench ~inutes of the last meeting were read and approved. John Nordin and other interested parties were in asking to.have ~he Sanitary Sewer main on 38th Avenue extended from ~ Street to 3rd Street with a lateral on 3rd Street. .They were ~mformed estimates would be made and presented. Leonard Holm was in regarding the Plumbers Code and the Council requested th~at the Plumbing Y~usDector meet with the plumbers and make their recommendations. ~:r. Wilkinson informed the Council-VZ homes would be completed by December 31st and asked to have bids for water and sewer on the balance of land in Hilltop Addition. Second reading of Ordinance No.264. Being an Ordinance amm~ending &ection 2 of Ordinance No.171 entitled, "An Ordinance for the purpose of promoting Health, Safety, Order, convenience and General web'are of regulating the use of land, the location and the use of buildings and the arrangement of building lots and the density of population in the City of Columbia Heights. Interested parties were in regarding the Sanitary Sewer Main on 38th Avenue, west of University and they were informed this would be checked into further and a special meeting called. Motion by Spekulant seconded by Trench to grant permission for a private water main at 4656 - 4th St. N.E. Roll Call - All Ayes. Mrs. Horr, 1416 - 42nd Ave. N.E. was in regarding sewer on 42nd Avenue a~d she was informed the City Engineer would contact her in the near future to see if something could be worked out. A request was made to park a trailer on the property of AoJ. Parks, 4928 - 4th St. N.E. Motion by Spekulant seconded by Trench to grant this request for 60 days to live in trailer. Roll Call - Lange: No. Trench, Spekulant, Yencho and Prestemon - Yes. Motion by Trench seconded by Spekulant, to notify Trailer occupants in Columbia Heights that have no permits, to vacate by June 15th or come into City Manager and report to him. Roll Call - All Ayes.
