The matter of the subdivision bond for ~athaire Addition was taken up and discus~sed. ~otion by Holm seconded by Julkowski, authorizing the contractors~ Petrows.ke, Petrowsk~ and Poss to proceed with the constructisn to b~ done in the Hathaire Addition and tha~ the Council will accept $25,000.00 deposit in cash or in the form of a certificate of deposit t~o 'secure payment of ~pecial assessments, in lieu of filing of the bond.
