parcel of land to be an addition to the City of Columbia Heights, Minnesota.

for the City of Columbia Heights to provide additional off street parking, and;
V~EAS,' it is necessary that the City acquir~ the So.~ of Lot 13, Block 5,
Reservoir HiLls Addition, and;
WP~L~AS, negotiations ha%~ been completed and price agreed upon for the ~chase of

The Engineer gave a report on t.he removal of dirt for the Parking Lot east of Central
