A ~ear~_ng was held on grading and surfacing of Peter' s Place. Several interested
pavties were present and the City Engmueer gave afl estdfnated cost for this work,
of,ten to eleven thousand, covering black topping~ stbrm sewer, r2ta!ning wall,etc.

st~orm ~ drain o,n that particular area and brekk it down on an assessment basis
an~d hold a hearing on this October 23rd, 1956. 'Roll Call - All Ayes.

The acquisition of lots for a ~.!~uicipal BuildLug was discussed and the City ~.~anager
was asked to investigate different sites aud report back to the next meeting.

The Engineer reported on the possibility of installing a Sanitary Sewer on
Washington Street between ~th and ~6th Avenue and recommended that we hold
a Hearing.

Stopka and Julkowski - Absent.
The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the Subdivision Bond for ~{athaire
Addition. No decision was reached.
