Secohd Reading of Ordinance No.362, Being an Ordinance amending Ordinance No.t43, being an Ordinance entitled, "An Ordinaace Licensing ~nd Regulating the S~.e ~t Retail of Non-Intoxicating ~alt LA,acrs and Providing a Penalty for the Violation there of." Several people were present and voiced their disapproval of the amending of Ordinance No.143.
