emergency exists for the preservation of public peace, health, ~safety and
convenience in that change of topography of Lot Six (6), Block Four (2),
Reservoir Hills, will cause flood conditions and resulting damage in case ,of
heavy rain.
This Council hereb~T and under this Preamble declares that a public emergency
exists and that in order to meet ~uch emergency, it is necessary to pass
Ordinance No.352 as an emergency Ordinance. Roll Call - All Ayes. ~
Ordinance No.352 offered by Hosch seconded by Holm, Ordinance ~o.~52 being an
Ordinance providing for the installation of Storm Drain on City Property in
front of Dot Six (6), Block Four (~)~ Reservoir Hills. Roll Call - all ayes.

or parcel of land to be an addtion to the City of Columbia Heights~ Minnesota.

All Ayes.

Resolution offered by Hosch seconded by Knutson, BE IT RESOLCED by the City Council
of the City of Columbia Heights~ that it is determined by the Codncil that it is
necessary and essential to acquire the So.½ of Lot 12, Block [, Reservoir H,~ll,s
for public use and purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager and City Attorney forthwith proceed
with such action as may be needed to acquire the same; and that condemnation
proceedings be instituted. Roll Call ~- All Ayes.
