£ifteen days after its passage, and shall take effect thirty days after its
passage, unless suspended by a referendum petition, and upon so taking effect
shall operate to ratify, confirm, and validate any and ~! actions of the
City officers Eheretofore taken which are herein authorized or directed to
be done.

The motion for the adopting of the foregoing resolution was ~huly seconded
by Councilman Knutson, and on vote being taken thereon the following voted YEA:

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, and was signed

Motion by Julkowski, seconded by Hosch that John Murzyn be appointed
Secreary pro tern. Roll Call - Ail Ayes.
Motion by Hosch, seconded by Eulkowski, that the bid of Jos. Palen for
Liquor Store fixtures in the amount of $16,699.00 be accepted. Roll Call -
Ail Ayes.
