Anderson of the ~.~akeland ~evelopment Company aS follows~ "The I~eland Development Company, a Minnesota Corporation by E.W.Anders~, its President, does hereby agree that any construction by it, its assigns, successors, or transferee agents or nominee on Lots 1,2,3, 10, 11, 12, Block 1, Rearrangement of Block A, Columbia Heights Annex to Minneapolis will be a structure totaling a minimum of 30,00~ square feet. Emergenc~ Ordinance No. 3~8, being an ordinance amending ordinance No. 171, being an ordinance for the purpose of promoting Health, Safety, Order, Convenience, and General Wel~re, by regulating the use of land, the location and the use of buildings, and the arrangement of building lots and the density of ~opulation in the City of Columbia Heights. (This Ordinance is dead due to the fact that the Preamble was eliminated.) Section 1: The City of Columbia Heights doesord~in that in all future divisions o£ existing platted lots in the residential district, no buildihg site shall be less than 50 feet in width, such width shall be determined by measurements taken at right angles to both side lot lines.
