Petitions were received signed b~ over 52% of the residents in this 'RoslYn Park Area in favor of the installation of water and ~ewer. Motion by Deeble seconded by Holm, that the City Manager be authorized to advertise for bids for the Roslyn Park Water and Sewer project. Roll Call - Ail Ayes. First reading of Ordinance No.337, Beingan Ordinance amending Ordinance No.171 being an ord~n~auce for the purpose of promoting Health, Safety, Order, Conven- ience and General Welfare, by re~]~_ting the use of land, the location and the use of buildings and the arrangement of building lots, and the density of population in. the City of Col,,~mbia Heights. Lots 1,2,3,10,11 and 12, Block 1, Rearrangement of Block "A", Columbia Heights Annex to Minneapolis. Mayor Stopka stepped down from the chair and made an amendment to this motion as follows: That the oral portion be el~m!nated and that the sale be made to the h~ghest sealed bidder and that the council has the right to reject any and all bids.
