the City of Columbia Heights.

The Secretary presented an affidavit showing publication in the official newspaper
em June 16,1955, of a proposed ordinance, No.345 entitled "An Ordi~auce providing
fer the issuance of $350,000 of Bonds for creating and maintaining the City's
permanent improvement revolving Fund", which was examined, approved, and ordered file~.
The Secretary further reported said proposed ordinance had remalne~ em file in
her office for more than one week ~rior te this meeting.
~ motion made, seconded, ~ d~cArried, said ordinance was then placed upon
its second reading, and wasfully and distinctly read.
Counctlm,~ Deeble moved the final passage and adoption of said ord~n~_~ce,
which motion was seconded by Councilman Hosch, and on vote being taken thereon the fo
following councilmen voted AYE: Hosch, Deeb~e, Enutson, Stopka. and the following
~oted NO: none; whereupon said ordinance was declared duiy passed and adopted,
and was approved and signed by the Mayor, and attested by the Secretary.
