Roll Call- H~sch, D~eble, Enutson - Aye. The Mayor stated that due to the fact that he is now in,he Newspaper business he ~s abstaining from votiug on this motion. Second reading of Ordinance No,336, Being an Ordinance t~ amend Ordinance No.321, Being an Ordinance regulating the collection and ~isposal of Garbage an~ Rubbish in the City of Colmabia Heights and the Licensing thereof. Ordinance No,336 offered by Deeble seconded by Hosch. Roll Call - Ail Ayes. Motion by Deeble seconded by Knu~son, that the On and Of~ Sale and Restaurant Licenses of Nola and Bill, 3911 University Ave. be cancelled. Roll Call - Ail Ayes. Motion by Knutson seconded by Hosch, that Christine K. and Albe~t R. Dahlstrom, 3911 University Ave, N.E. be granted an Off and On Sale Beer License and Restaurant Lic.ense. Roll Call - Ail Ayes. A letter was received from the Columbia Heights Chamber of Co~mmerce r~gardin~ the parking facilities in the business district. Motion b~ Hosch seconded by Deeble, that this letter dated January 19th be turned over to the Chief of Police. Roll Call - All Ayes. Resolution offered Wy Hosch seconded by Knutson, BE IT HEREBY RE~50LVED by the City Council of the City of Columbia Heights that the City Treasurer be and she is hereby instructed to transfer from the Liq~0r ~fund as follows: $898.6? to the' Police & Court Fund I~h2.84 t~ the Fire ~" 3~8.8~ to the Library " mud that there are sufficient moneys in said Liquor Fund to m~ke Such transfer.
