$724.04 of Which the City of Columbia Heights would be obligated in the ~mount of
25% of the total, therefore be it
RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to enter into a contract
with the State Highway Department fo~ the above construction. Roll Call - All Ayes.

Regular Meeting
Meeting called to order at 8 P.M. All Members ~ present.
Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
Mr. Burns of the State Highway Department was present and presented the problem
of a joint storm drain involving the State of Minnesota, the Village of Fridley,
snd the City of Columbia Heights. Motion by Deeble, seconded by Hosch, that a
specisl meeting be set for Wednesday, September 22 at 7:30 to discuss the Joint
sponsoring of this project. Roll call, all ayes.
