HomeMy WebLinkAboutMarch 9, 1954Resolution offered by Holm zeconded by Hosch, BE IT HEREBY EESOLVED by the City Council of th of the City of Columbia Heights that the City Treasurer be and she is hereby instructed to transfer from the Liquor Fund as follows: $670.68 to the Fire Fund and that there are sufficient moneys in s~d Liquor~F~ud to make such transfer. Roll Call - Ail Ayes. Mrs. Anthony Yurkew presented the Council with Petitions for an additional Patrolman, s~igned by 1682 people. Notion by Holm ~conded by Deeble, that these Petitions be turned over to the City M~auager for ve~rification of the s.ignatures. R?ll Call - All Ayes. Mayor ~topka relinquished the chair and made the foll$wing Resolution: Resolution offered by Stopka, that $4,000.00 be trans,,red from the Administration Fund to the Police Fund~ and that the Police Civil Se4gice Commission be authorized to hire an additional patrolman.
