regarding back pay demanded by Peter Heryla, dated A~gust 9th~ be turned over to

Resolution offered by Deeble, BE IT HEREBY RESOLV~ by the City C ·
ounc~l of
the City of Columbia H~ights, that all City ~uployes be granted an increase
of Ten (lC) cents per hour, v~ th the exception of the City Manager, City
Attorney and M'anicipal Judge~ as of today.
Councilman Holm stated at this time that he is not prepared to grant ~ an
increase at this time that is going to cost the City over $10~00.00 per year~
without further study. He is no, objecting to this to defeat the incrcase,
but wanted to have ~ore time to go into the matter.
This Resolution was seconded by Knutson.

Holm stated - The statement was made to me that I was deliberately attempting to
stall the increase for City employes, ~ich is not t~ue.

valley in Block 31, subject to the ~proval of Mr. Beyersdorfer. Roll Csll -
