Motion by Hosch seconded by Deeble, 'that the council have a special ~meeting with the Police Chief to discuss the hiring of extra Policemen. Mayor Stopka relinquished the chair and.~fered a Resolution that the Police Commission be authorized to hire another Patrolman. This Resolution lost for the lack of a second.
