~he Fridley Village Council and their attorney, Wyman Smith were present and discussed
with us the matter of provid~ing sewer and water service to a part of the village.
The Cit[y Manager submitted ~report showing that the proportionate cost to Fridley
would be 1/3 of the total c6st of the Trunk Sewer or $80,000.00. This will be
taken up with the effected area before a decision can be reached. It was also
suggested that only a portion of the suggested area be taken up at this time.
~This will be discussed at the next meeting.
Motion by Lange seconded by Spekulant, that the bid of Richards Oil Co. for Asphalt
be accepted. Roll Call - Ail Ayes.
Motion by Deeble seconded by Holm, that the bid of the Rocket Oil Co. ~be accepted
for gasoline. Roll Call - All Ayes. Mot
Motion by Deeble seconded by Lange, that the request of Samuel J. ~ggins, 4500
Washington St. N.E. to connect to our water-main be granted upon payment of the
