The City Manager reported on the Fridley Water and Sewer project and that if the Plymouth
addition only was to be serviced at this time, w~ich consists of about 80 acres, the cost
would be $27,043.86.
Motion by Holm seconded by Deeble~ that the City manager be instructed to send a letter
to Fridley Village, stating that~we ~find it inadvisable to t~ke in a portion at this
time, as we feel t~at the whole area should be taken up at this t~me. Roll Call - Ail

Councilman Holm introduced a written Ordinance No.311 seconded by Lange, entitled
"An Ordinance provic~kug for the Issuance of $200,000 of Bonds for Creating and Nain-
taining the City's Permane~nt Improvement Revolving Fund", ~hich was given its first
reading.
On motion made~ seconded and carried, said ordinance vms ordered filed in the office
of the Secretary of the Council and to be published as a proposed ordinance in the
Nay 28th issue of the official newspaper.

did on the 18th day of May, 1953, conduct and hold a Primary Municipal Election f~
purpose of niminating candidates for City Office to be voted on at a General Municipal
Election; and,
WHEHE~: The City Council of the City of Columbia Heights, at a meeting of said
Council held on the 26th day of Nay 1953 did canvass the returns and results of said
Primary Municipal Election; and,

A Petition was received for Curb on east side of Jackson Street from 39th to 40th.
Motion by Spekulant seconded by Holm, that this petition be laid on the table. Roll

Mr. Gustafson, 3910 - 2nd St. N.E. was present and stated that the Storm Sewer installed
last year was not satisfactory near his place. The City Engineer w~__1~1 investigate this.
