Motion by Holm seconded by Lange, that the City Mauage~ be instructed to advertise
for bids on a used Distributor.. Roll Call -AllAyes.

for bids for the sale, delivery and application of oil in the City of Columbia Heights
for the year of 1953 as~ per specifications on file. Roll Call - All Ayes.

Oflthe City of Columbia Heights, that the water Tower Sur-charge be reduced from
33-1/~ to 20% of the water bills, effective ~Emediately.
An Amendment to thie Resolution offered by ~eeble, that the Sur-charge rate be set
at 10% of the Water bills, seconded by Spekulant. Roll Call an Amendment -
All Ayes. Roll Call on. Resolution as amended - All Ayes.
R~solution offered by Deeble, BE IT HEP~BY RESOLVED ~y the City Council of the
City of Columbia Heights, that the Sewerage Disposal rate be set at $7.20 annually.
This ResOlution lost for the lack of a second.

Secretary of the Library Board be placed on the table. Roll Call - All Ayes.
