Mr. Ondick, Union representative was present and discussed with the coUncil pay increases for city employes but no decision was reached. Motion by Lange seconded by Spekulant, that Thursday, December ~ll~h~ at 7:30 P.M. bet set as a special meeting with Mr. Ondick. ~Roll Call - All Ayes. M~tion by Lange seconded by Holm, that the Pitts~urg~-Des~oines Steel Co. be paid the sum of $6,734.25.~ ~Roll Call - ~1~1 Ayes.. Motion by Spekula~t. seconded by Deeble, that Richard Ferrin Co. be ~ai$ the sum of $9~145.96. Roll Call - Ail Ayes. ~otion by Holm seconded~.by~Lange, that Jay ~.
