15 days a~$er its passage and shall ta~e effect 30 days after its passage, unless
suspended ~y a referendum petition, and upon so taking effect shall operate to
ratify, confirm and validate any and all actions of the City Officers theretofore
taken which are herein anthorized or directed to be done.

lease with R.P. ~berg on the Off-Sale Liquor Store. Roll Call - All Ayes.
Eotion by Lange seconded by Spekulant, authorizing the City Manager and Mayor to
..negotiate a lease with the Heights Electric Co. for an Off-Sale Liquor Store.
Roll Call - All Ayes.
Motion byLange seconded byDeeble, that the new agreement with¥~ilkinson
Finance Corp. should be acceptedand signed and a copy released to Uilkinson
upon receipt of a letter from them agreeing to a certain tract of land for a
school and the receipt of $17,757.16 delivered to the City of Columbia Heights.
Roll Call - Holm, Lange, Deeble, Spekulant - Yes. Stopka - No.
Motion by Lange seconded by Spekulant, that the City ~uager be authorized and
instructed to issue to the F.H.A. and/or V.A., a letter setting forth the action
of the City Council regarding Street Signs and Trees in Hilltop. Roll Call -
ALI Ayes.
~otion by Lange seconded~by Deeble, that the letter received from the Hilltop
Corporation dated June 24th, be incorporated as part of the Agreement~betmeen
the Hilltop Corporation and the City of Columbia Heights. Roll Call -AllAyes.
.Motion by Holm seconded by Lange, authorizing the City ~kL~nager to advertise fOr
bids on Bituminous treatment for streets and rolled curb and Trees in Hilltop.
