The cost to be $8~.OO per lot or a total ~of $~,8§O.O0. ~ 180 lots in Hilltop ~1 - 159 lots in Hilltop #~ and 71 lots in Hilltop ~ a total of 4ZO lots. Action to be taken at a later time. Hearing held on Sewer, Water and Grading in Hilltop #2 - 159 lo~s lus 1~ lots on OhathamRoad in Hilltop #1. A total cost of ~,9~.7~ or $~0~.~ per lo~. Aotion~o be held up until a later date. First Reading of ~dinance No.29~, Being an Ordinance to amend ordinance #1~1 the same being an ordinance entitled "An Ordinance .for the purpose of promoting health, safety, order, convenience and general welfare by regulating the use of land, the location and the use of buildings and the arrangement of buil~ing lots and the density of population in the city of Columbia Height." Motion by Holm seconded by Lange, authorizing the £ive Insurance ~EeDci~S~- namely Milton G.~ Ouimette, John Seman, John H. Nordin, Carl Sorenson and the Columbia Heights State Bank, to set up a binder effective as of today covering Fire and Liability Insurance. Roll Call - All Ayes.
