to hold the J~mboree on June 19,20 and 21st~ 1953 be granted, also the use of the
Park Grounds. ~ Roll Call - All Ayes.
Motion by Holm seconded-by Spekulant, that the letter received from the Minneapolis
Water Yorks, dated December 5th, informing us of the increase in v~ter rates, be
placed on file. Roll Call - All Ayes.

increases for city employes but no decision was reached.
Motion by Lange seconded by Spekulant, that Thursday, December ~ll~h~ at 7:30 P.M.
bet set as a special meeting with Mr. Ondick. ~Roll Call - All Ayes.
M~tion by Lange seconded by Holm, that the Pitts~urg~-Des~oines Steel Co. be paid
the sum of $6,734.25.~ ~Roll Call - ~1~1 Ayes..
Motion by Spekula~t. seconded by Deeble, that Richard Ferrin Co. be ~ai$ the sum of
$9~145.96. Roll Call - Ail Ayes.

advertise for bids on 10,000 cubic yards of Gravel more or less BA2. Roll
