Nayor Stopka reported that the streetcar company vould consider re-routing the bu~in response to residential objection on VanBuren Street from 37 to 39 only tbmough an official request from the council, and that ~aDyother procedure would only delay act- ion. He also asked that an outside attorney be con~o_lted for this matter.
