Minutes of the last regular meeting were read and approved. Hearing on the Third Street' Sewer and water. Notion by Deeble seconded by Lange to continue with the existing policy of determin- ing the number of yea~s property owners have for paying special aqsessments, namely eight years on sewer and five years ~n water.
