Semotuk, 4404 Washington St. N.E. was informed the petitions for water and sewer on Washington St. between 44th and 45th could not be acted upon until ~ least 51% of the property owners signed the petitions. Motion by Spekulant seconded by Trench, that the ~ity Manager prepare specifications and call for bids on grading of streets and laying of water mains in Hilltop addition. Roll Call - All Ayes.
