Meeting called to order Nov, 22nd, 1929. All members present,
Au agreement read by Mr. Bu~k in regard to a roadway between the City of
Columbia HeiSts md Mr. & Mrs, Elliot No 30 ft of lot 20 and Mr. and Mrs.
Lauer ~outh ~0 ft. of lot ~0.
Moved by Dahl, that the City Manager be instructed to enter into contract
with these parties for the roadway, ~econded by Oannon. All ayes.
Matter.of two cheeks to be cancelled. One for ~mdrewKapuster, $15,00
and one for Mr. J. E. T~omley for $460, The last because a new check had
been issued. MotionlryKarrow that the checks be cancelled and returned
to the proper funds, Seconded bT Dahl. All ayes.

Be it Resolved by the Council of the City of Columbia Heights Minnesota that
it is advisable expedient and necessary to undertake and this Counoll does
hereby determine to make the following local improvement, to-wit, to improve
Tyler St. from ~?th Ave, to ~gth Ave. N. E. by oonst~uctin~.~nitary 8ewer
and Curb and Gutter.
Taht the Sanitary sewer commence at ~'xe manhole of the Minneal~lis sewer lo-
cated at the intersection of Tyler St. and ~Vth Ave. N. E. running thence ~l~
Tyler St. to t~he manhole of the Oity sower at the Intersection of Tyler St,
and 3gth Ave. N. E. ~oh sewer to be of vitrified clay pipe and to be cone
str~cted to conform with present sewers,
That the curb and gutter to be constructed of concrete and to be constt~uoted
on both sides of Tyler St. from ~?th to agth Ave. N. E'
That said improvement be constructed to conform wi~h the plans and spec~
cations therefor now on file with the City
That the City Uanager be and he hereby is ordered to prepare a careful ex-
timate of the cost of such improvement together with a list of the several
lots and pcroels of land fronting thereon and adjacent to such proposed
