Business men requested a permanent dance permit. ~iotion
Karrow, seconded by Stinson that the business men be allowed
a standing permit to conduct dances in the City. Ail ayes.

a meeting be called for the following Tuesday, Oct. 29th, 1929.

ings be published in tLe [~ecord. },~otion by Dahl, seconded by
Karrow that the Record by given the publishing of the official
minutes of the Council t,~eeting and that these minutes contain
only the motions made or lost, an¢~ not to include any discu~si~n~

Seconde reading of Ordinance #69, approving rental of a tractor
or grader and authorizing the ~ayor and City Eanager to enter
~.nto contract therefore. Offered by Stinson and seconded by
