City engineer, J. E. Carroll, showed and discussed blue prints on this proposed improvement: giving es~ estimated costs of labor, material mhd inspection. He also gave the approximate portion of the burden of this improvement of the Mple St, Ry. Co; State H.lghway Dept and City of Columbia Heights: the latter being mbout '$~00.00.
