cinity of Silver Lake .beach requesting
council to take some action. After
remarks a motion by Ostrander that
City Manager be instructed to bare
ordinance 'No. 13, drawn governing
bathing beach and present at nexl
meeting. Motion withdrawn.
5rotion made .by. Karrow that peti-
tion be laid 'over and'referred to the
new council, second by Ledwien.

putting curb on 40th ave. north of
Central. Motion 'by Karrow, second
by, Ledwien that communication be'
accepted and placed on file, carried.

take up the five (5) one thousand
I dollar. ($1,000.00) emergency certifi-
;cutes of indebtedness which Were du~e
i in 'December,. 1923. Tile same to be
.taken out of the sinking fund. Be it
further resolved that'all moneys com-
i ing from the item of certificates of
!indbbtedness in the budget for 1924
· be put in the sinking fund.
