Councilman Karrow offered the for
lowing resolution and moved for its
adoption. The results of the ballots
cast at the special election held in
the City of Cohlmbia- YIeights on the
2§th clay of March, 192.5, to vote on
proposed' charter amendments 1, 2, 3,
4, 5, that the total number of votes
cast at said election was 349. That
on tile proposed charter amendment
No. 1 there' was 182 votes yes and
157 votes no and the same not having
received three-fiftbs o[ all votes cast'
'at said election, is hereby declareA
lost; that for said proposed amend-
ment. No. 2 there were 213 votes yes
ami 127 votes no and the same hav-
ing .received more than three-fifths o[
'~all votes east at said ele}zticn, the
same is hereby declared to. have ear-
tied; thab on proposed anmn. d.ment
No'. 3 there were 222 votes yes and
11'9 votes no and the said proposed
amendment No. 3'having received
