The results of the ballots cast at the special election held in the City of Cohlmbia- YIeights on the 2§th clay of March, 192.5, to vote on proposed' charter amendments 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, that the total number of votes cast at said election was 349. That on tile proposed charter amendment No. 1 there' was 182 votes yes and 157 votes no and the same not having received three-fiftbs o[ all votes cast' 'at said election, is hereby declareA lost; that for said proposed amend- ment. No. 2 there were 213 votes yes ami 127 votes no and the same hav- ing .received more than three-fifths o[ '~all votes east at said ele}zticn, the same is hereby declared to. have ear- tied; thab on proposed anmn. d.ment No'. 3 there were 222 votes yes and 11'9 votes no and the said proposed amendment No. 3'having received more tli~n three-fi£ths o[ all the votes cast at said election the same is here- by declared, to bare carried; that on .~-~ ro osed amendment No. 4 there were ~00PvoteS yes and ~'~,s the s~tme not having received tnre - fifths o~ all the votes east at said eleeti0n the same is hereby declared i to havre, lost; that on proposed amend- lment No. 5 there Were 20t votes yes land84 votes no and the sffme not hay- · received three~fifths 'of all the 1},no'es east at said election, the same' ~is hereby'declared lost.
