The meeting was called to order by~ ~Iayor BIorton. Roll cal~ found the full council l present~. ~Iayor ~Iorton announced the meet-. lng was called by two of the' council and called .on Councilman Karrow to explain. Councilman I{arrow gaye' ibis reason, saying the present city ' !manager was not qualified for the (sition and he should be removed and !a new city manager hired. Councilman Burgoyne offered the 'following resolution and moved for ...
