Communication read front J. in regards to buying a Transit owned by city, 5fter remarks a motion, was made by Karrow, seconded by Ostran- der that city keep Transit and rent it to Mr. Ifil1 and have a written agree- ment with them that it be returned in: good .condition. Motion by Karrow, seconded by Ledwein that firemen be allowed ~$100.00' for expenses. Carried. A motion hy Ostrander. that City Manager pay a bill of $32.00 for .fire-. men's insurance, seeoflded by Karrow.. Carried. ' Letter read from .City Attorney terson in regards to claim of S. Ct Welsh.
