ley lies between lots nine (9) and tea
(10) tn said block sixty-one (61) and
extends from the west line of Cen-
tral Ave. to the west line of said lot
nine (9) exten'ded and prbduced, south,
and the west line of said lot ten (10)
extended and produced north and said
part of said alley lies within ~he' limits

Voss, Central Ave., was read.. Motion
by Ledwein, seconded by I{arrow, that
it be-accepted. Carried unanimously.
The bond of H. M. Barrows, clerk of
the municipal court, was placed on
file in St. Paul. Motion by Karrow, see-
onded by Ledweln, that.meeting be
adjourned,

on the 8th day of April, 1924; at 8
o'clock p. m., at the.place of their

,and dfscontinuance of that part of
! that c~rtain alley 14 feet wide running

Columbia Heights, annex to Minne-
apolis, according to the plat thereof
