the 18th day of September, 1923
was duly submitted to the qualified
elect0rs thereof. The vote ~sas by
ballot, and was c~st in a.spegial hal-.
lot box. The election was /ega]ly
conducted and after the cIose there-
of, the baIIots ~ast. thereat were duly
count6d and canvassed; whereupon
it appeared and was duly-certified
that there had been 440 ballots cast
at said election. 0f which 413 were
in favor of .said. ProP~sition,.a~d 27:
opposed thereto, .and such resu}~
was thereupon daly declared.

when we get assurance of getting a
