Tuesday evening, Oct. 9th, 1923~ Meet-
lng~called to order by Mayor Morton.
All responded to roll call but Council-
man Burgoyne. The minutes of the
regular and special meetings were
rea~ and approved.
The resignation 0f Councihnan Bur-
goyfie was read and after remarks a
mo:ion was made by Ledwein, second-
ed by Ostrander, that 3Iayor Mo~ton
take the matter up with Mr. Burgoyne,
asking him to reconsider his action.

In the matter of bose for the Fire
Department, Ostrander made a motilm,
seconded by Ledwein, that the bids be
talmn under consideration, and wait

A petition for a light on 44th Ave.

ed. The matter was laid on the table.'
