Bills were read'and on motion of
OStrander and seconded by Ledwein,
tbe~'were allowed w~th the exception
of the bill from the Minneapolis ~Gen-
eral Electric ~o., and J. ~V. Sbaffer
bill which were .referr.~d to' tlm~Ci{y

On motion of Ledwein, seconded by
Ostrander, they were granted. Roll
call, Ledwein yes; Burgoyne yes} Os-
trander yes; Karrow yes; Morton yes.

- City Manager to write to Mr. Welch
In ~egard to taking out a. license for
a gasoline station.
3Ir. Karrow reported that a suitable i
road had been fixed up for Mr. Gebb,
agreeable to all concerned.
On motion of Karrow, seconded
· Ostrander, Manager Leiteh was in-
structed to bare notices printed to
notify dog owners .that the dog ordi-
nance must be enforced on and after
t Sept. 1st, 1928. ReF~ular :police' offi-
cers to take care of dogs after, that
day as Council will enforce ordhmnce
to tile letter. Roll call~Ledwein yes;

row yes; Morton yes. Carried.
'.Mayor Morten appointed-two cmn-
mittees. Ledwein and Ostrander to
take up Health and Building ordi-
nances, and Karroxv and Burgoyne to
take up Electricians' .Licenses ordi-
nance and Plumbing ordinance. They
are to nmke rep. or~ at the next regu-
lar meeting.
. Mr. Ledwein niade a motion, }eeond-
ed by Ostrander, that Mrs. Gould be
appointed as secretary of the Council
at a salary of $2.00 per meetihg. Roll
