]drawn up by our city attorney and it

] Be it rqso~ved that the City malinger
~be directed and ordered to 'advertise
for bids for grading and in~provement
of'Main St. and 43rd Ave., in accord-'
ance with contract and rcsolu[ion of
September 21-22, and that such adver-
tisement for.bids be made by ~ubHca-
tion for three weeks in the Improve~
merit Bulletin and that the conn~
meet on the 21st day of A~lgll2k at S
P. 51. to open and consider bids and
;~hat the council reserves the right to
~reject any and all bids. Roll call:
