customers in regard to a permit for
electrical work. Through some mis-
take a building 'permit· wa~ given in-
stead of an electricM Permit, though
it was no fault of the city clerk. 5Ir.
Shields asked to have the mistake cor-
peered. Ostrandex~ made a motion,
s~conded by Burgoyne that the build-
ing permit be cancelled} the money
refunded, and that by applidation
the electrician a per~it be lssue~.
