I923o A Special meeting called by order of the Council at last regular meeting to consider adjustments of Special Assessments and other business that might come before t the Councll. Meeting called to order by Mayor ~. C. Gauvitte at 8.20 P. M. Roll Call, Mayor Gauvitte Present C ounci lman Burgoyne · m Mc Senna ' # Ledwe in · ~ 2entzen ' _ J. W. Schaeffer _ ' Former City Engineer/~who had been asked by the committee appointed at the last regular meeting to attend this me~ting was present and agreed to furnish the Council with copies of all estimates and costs of work done under his supervision in Columbia Heights, whereupon City Mgr. Corr agreed to write him giving him a list of such jobs. It was moved by Bentzen and seconded by Burgoyne that the water ~in on 5th. st. between 44th. and 45th. aves.be adjusted to the amount of $506.70 which amount was in~cess ~othe amount submitted by former engineer and such adjustment be credited to property owners on their future assessments. Carried on roll call by § Tea% Motion by McKenna and seconded by ]~urgoyne that the water main on 44th. Ave between Central and Mcleod ave also be adjusted to correspond to the figures given by former engineer. Carried on roll call by 5 Yeas. Motion by McEenna seconded by Ledwein that City Mgr Corr be instructed to investigate and ~ake up with former City Engine er and Contractor 1. D.
