Mr. Heglund made the report on the tabulation of the bids received on the installation of sanitary sewers in Columbia Heights and recommended the bid of 0rfie and Mariane be accepted. Motion by Yencho seconded by Weldon to accept the bid of 0rfie and Mariani, with t~ stipulation that such parts of the contract can be eliminated where sewers are not desired at this time. Roll call - all ayes. It became necessary fc~ Mr. Yencho to leave the meeting to attend to other matters at t~.~is time, and he was excused.
