A petition for the immediate investigat%on of the buildings at 3719 Johnson N.E., signed by 23 persons, was read. Motion by Nygaard seconded by W eldon that the fire chief be instruct- ed to investigate the buildings at 3719 Johnson N.E. and institute condemnation proceedings. Roll Call - A~l Ayes. Motion by Yencho seconded.by Weldon that a request by St. Matthew's Lutheran Church for a special use permit for installation of a sign at 40th Avenue and Washington N.E. be granted. Re~olution offered by ~ygaard seconded by Weldon, BE IT HE?JEB¥ RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Columbia Heights that the City Treasurer be and she is hereby instructed to transfer the sum of $1000. from Uhe Liquor Fund to the Police & Court Fund; and that there are sufficient monies in said Liquor Fund to make such transfer. Resolution offered by Nygaard seconded by Weldon, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Columbia Heights that the City Treasurer be and she is hereby instructed to transfer the sum of $2000. from the Liquor Fund to the Fire Fund; and that there are sufficient monies in said Liquor Fund to make such transfer.
